Title: "NeuroInformation Processing Machines"
Abstract:
In recent years there has been an enormous amount of progress in formal/rigorous models of neural encoding/decoding, system identification of neural circuits and neural processing in the spike and phase domains. Key advances in time encoding, system identification and motion detection in the early visual system will be presented/discussed.
