Conference Overview

On June 3 - 4, 2016, the 13th Annual Conference on Frontiers in Applied and Computational Mathematics (FACM '16) will be held at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in Newark, New Jersey. The 13th FACM conference focuses on mathematical and computational aspects of materials science, mathematical biology, computational wave propagation, biological and microscale fluid dynamics, statistics, and biostatistics. Researchers in these areas are invited to address the development of mathematical techniques for application to challenging problems.

Application for Contributed Presentations

The application for contributed presentations by postdoctoral fellows and students is linked below and is due by April 15, 2016. Funds are available for partial travel expense reimbursement for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty poster presenters. Underrepresented groups, minorities, and women are encouraged to apply for travel support. Notification of acceptance will be sent out by April 22, 2016.

Registration

The online registration form for speakers, poster presenters, and NJIT faculty and students is given in the registration link below. Please register by April 15, 2016, with an extended deadline for registration of April 29, 2016.

Postdoctoral fellows and students wishing to contribute an oral presentation must click here to submit the Application for Contributed Presentations only. You will be asked to register at a later date.
