Invited Speakers Registration
The form below is for invited plenary speakers and confirmed minisymposium speakers. Registration requires that you provide the information requested in order to complete the process.
Application for Contributed Presentations
Non-NJIT applicants who are interested in contributing a presentation (either a talk or a poster) must fill out the form below with contact information and presentation details in order to be considered by our Organiziation Committee by April 30, 2015 (new, extended deadline). Once chosen, you will be contacted via email with further instructions by the first week of May.
Non-Contributing Participants Registration
For those who are interested in attending this year's conference but will not be presenting, please fill out the form below. Non-contributing participants are required to pay a registration fee, which can be made in cash or check, at the conference. Details regarding this fee are included on the online form.
NJIT Faculty and Student Registration
For NJIT faculty who wish to attend this year's FACM Conference, please register using the form below. If submitting a presentation, please provide details when prompted:
