REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

The FACM’12 registration fee is $100, which includes on-site refreshments and lunches. If you wish to attend the Saturday, May 19th Conference Banquet, include an additional $50.  Payment should be made with a check payable to New Jersey Institute of Technology.  Please mail the registration form  with your check by April 2, 2012, to:   Ms. Susan Sutton, Department of Mathematical Sciences, New Jersey Institute of Technology, University Heights, Newark, NJ  07102  USA.

 

CONTRIBUTED TALKS AND TRAVEL AWARDS

Applications are solicited for contributed talks from postdoctoral fellows and graduate students. Selected applicants will receive reasonable full travel expense reimbursement. Applicants should email a title and abstract (about 200 words in ASCII format only) and CV (pdf format) to suttons@njit.edu by April 2, 2012. Applications will be processed immediately and selection decisions will be announced by April 20, 2012. Other contributed papers for the Conference will be presented as posters. Funds are available for partial travel expense reimbursement for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty poster presenters. Travel support is available from NSF. The deadline for all applications and submission of titles and short abstracts is April 2, 2012. Underrepresented groups, minorities, and women are encouraged to apply for travel support.

  

Contributed Paper Submissions

Contributed papers will be presented as posters. Please submit your registration form and email abstract (about 200 words in ASCII format only) to suttons@njit.edu by April 2, 2012.

 NOTE:  Poster display board will be 4' x 4' maximum size at the site.

  

Travel Support

Partial travel support will be considered for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty who present posters. Requests for partial travel support should be indicated on the registration form

NOTE:  All requests for travel support must be accompanied by the registration fee.

   

Other

Participants who do not plan to present a poster must submit their registration fee by May 1, 2012.
