Each institution will fund the accepted students during the time they are locally involved in course work and PhD thesis research, subject to their good academic standing. More precisely, both institutions are committed to:

a) award tuition fellowships and stipends to the accepted students,
b) offer in-kind support, which includes office space, administration, and computing facilities, as well as materials and equipment available in the laboratories.
