" Evaluating Randomness and Related Tests "

Data generated through various random number generators are evaluated for their randomness. This evaluation is carried out graphically and using hypotheses tests. Goodness-of-fit of these data sets to the uniform distribution is evaluated. Using these results and interpretations some ideas are explored to improve on the randomness of the numbers. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov goodness-of-fit test is introduced afresh.
