" Statistical Inference with Inhospitable Populations for Unreasonable Information Needs "

The discussion will address real challenges in supplying information from fuzzy and dynamic populations based on a uncontrolled sample data, to meet demanding and unrealistic needs. Inhospitable Populations of data involve shifting & poorly defined strata and highly disproportionate Sampling. Challenging informational needs include views of the population not anticipated in the sampling of data, missing & incomplete attribute data, and unrealistic minutia requirements. A case study with real analytical needs regarding customer care will be integrated into the discussion.
