Registration Procedure

Fill out the registration form (PDF).  The registration fee is $60/$100, which includes refreshments and on-site lunches.  The $100 registration fee also includes the Conference Banquet on Saturday, May 14, 2005.   Payments should be made with a check made out to NJIT.  Please mail the registration form and fee to:

Contributed Paper Submissions

Contributed papers will be presented as posters. Please submit title, name and address, and abstract by email to suttons@njit.edu and submit registration fee by mail. Submission deadline is April 1, 2005.

NOTE:  Participants who do not plan to present a poster must register by May 5, 2005 and submit registration fee by mail.

 

Travel Support

Partial travel support, including waiver of the registration fee, will be considered for students, postdocs and junior faculty who will present posters. Requests for travel support should be sent by April 1, 2005 to suttons@njit.edu.  The Travel Award Committee consists of Daljit S. Ahluwalia, Pamela Cook, and Robert M. Miura, who will reach decisions on travel support by April 15, 2005.  Note that all requests for travel support must be accompanied by the registration form and the registration fee.
